This policy explains how Dubai Silver ("Dubai Silver", "we") collects and uses personal data when you visit this website, shop with us or contact us. We process personal data in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and, where it applies to you, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who is responsible
Dubai Silver, United Arab Emirates, is the controller of your personal data. For any privacy question or request, contact us: our contact page.
2. What we collect
- Order and account data: name, e-mail, phone number, delivery and billing address, order history, and — if you create an account — your password (stored only as a secure hash) or your Google sign-in.
- Payment data: the payment method and status from our payment providers. We never receive or store your full card number or security code.
- Communications: messages you send us by e-mail, WhatsApp, the contact form or our chat assistant, and reviews you post.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and the site you came from, collected by our servers for security and, only with your consent, by analytics and advertising tools.
- Preferences: language, currency, wishlist, newsletter and notification choices.

4. Cookies and similar technologies
Essential cookies keep the site working (your cart, language, currency, sign-in and security) and are always on. Analytics and advertising tools — Google Analytics and Google Ads, and, where enabled, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Microsoft Clarity — load only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
5. Who we share it with
We share only what each provider needs to do its job for us, under contracts that require them to protect it:
- Payment providers (for example Stripe, Mamo Pay, Tabby and Tamara). Instalment providers receive your name, phone, e-mail, address and order details and run their own identity and credit checks under their own privacy policies.
- Delivery partners — your name, phone and delivery address.
- Service providers that host the site, send e-mails and notifications, protect forms from spam (Google reCAPTCHA), and power our chat assistant (an AI service that receives the messages you type — please do not share sensitive information in the chat).
- Analytics and advertising partners — only with your consent.
- Authorities when the law requires it, for example the Federal Tax Authority.
We never sell your personal data.
6. International transfers
Some providers process data outside the UAE. When they do, we use providers and safeguards that give an adequate level of protection, as the UAE data protection law requires.
7. How long we keep it
- Orders, invoices and related records: for the period required by UAE tax law (currently at least 5 years).
- Account data: while your account is open; you can ask us to delete it at any time.
- Marketing consent: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
- Security logs: normally no longer than 12 months.
8. How we protect it
The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Payment details are handled only by certified payment providers. Access to customer data is limited to staff who need it, protected by two-factor authentication, and recorded.
9. Your rights
Subject to the law, you can ask us to: give you access to your data or a copy of it; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to how we use it; and transfer it to you or another company. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Contact us (our contact page) — we reply within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity. You may also complain to the UAE Data Office.
10. Children
Our store is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
11. Changes
We will update this policy when our practices change; the date of the last update appears at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site or sent by e-mail.
