We deliver to every emirate from our base in Dubai. Delivery options and prices are shown at checkout before you pay; the current rates are:

Same-day delivery (Dubai): AED 25, free on orders over AED 300 — same day.
Standard delivery (UAE): AED 20, free on orders over AED 250 — within 1–3 business days.

All prices include 5% VAT. If a delivery option is free for your order, checkout shows it as free automatically.

Same-day delivery in Dubai

Orders placed and paid (or confirmed for cash on delivery) before 2 PM on a working day are delivered the same day within Dubai. Orders after 2 PM, on public holidays or during exceptional demand (such as Eid or White Friday) go out on the next delivery day. We will tell you if your order cannot make its promised slot.

Processing and tracking

Every piece is checked, packed in a gift pouch with its certificate and sealed before it leaves us.
Standard orders are handed to our courier within one business day.
You receive an e-mail with the tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also follow it on Track your order.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available across the UAE. Please have the exact amount ready. Where our courier offers it, you can also pay by card at the door. We may ask you to confirm large cash-on-delivery orders by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.

Receiving your parcel

Please check that the outer seal is intact before you accept the parcel. If it is damaged or opened, you may refuse it or accept it and tell us within 48 hours with a photo — we will replace or refund the item.
Risk in the goods passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you or to the person you nominated.

Address and missed deliveries

Please give a complete address and a reachable mobile number. The courier will call before arriving and makes up to two delivery attempts. If a parcel cannot be delivered after two attempts, or a cash-on-delivery order is refused without reason, it returns to us and the order is cancelled; prepaid orders are refunded minus any delivery charge that was paid.

Gifts

Sending a gift? Enter the recipient's name and number at checkout and add a note. Prices are not printed on the packing slip.

Outside the UAE

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.
